Looks like FISH is jumping on the 44/70 bandwagon...850mb is the best way to track a storm like this, IMO.

Haven't look much the past day or so... but it seems to me the models are having fits in transferring the energy- all seem to handle it different.

I’m colored blind lol what does the line through St.Clair county mean lol Its just different tracks of the mid level low(across SE Mo) and the solid lines are where you would expect the heaviest snow to fall based off those mid level low tracks

Oh goody, we only have four possible heavy snow tracks to look at. I'm glad it's narrowed down. They're are at least in the same neighborhood. I vote for mr. Green or mr. Dark blue

Those are just for projected tracks that may change. The angles and the placement are still up in the air. At least we got a neighborhood.

A novice user like me who dabbles in confirming or doubting going forecasts and no lives depend on me..the red track seems to offer the best compromise and matches with my 2 to 4 imby for now. The qpf fields arent too useful to me. But nearly all the tracks seem to point to at least a chance for accumulating snow area wide.

The dark blue appears to be the least progressive and theoretically should produce the most snow. We'll see

Looks like we might loose most of the snowcover today or tomorrow...that's a bummer. I don't think that will have much effect on the storm though.

Grass is showing in my front yard where insolation is greatest and rain shld wash away my back yard snow. I do think we have a shot at snow on snow next week, but it wont be much left over with temps hitting 40 b4 the next storm if that forecast verifies.
