Moderate size flakes falling here now in Cedar Hill. Intensity is picking up too. I'll be happy if we get enough to get a snow day tomorrow. The kids (and the teachers) are ready for winter break. Hard to believe that 1/2 the school year is almost done. Usually it doesn't take much in Northwest True, I bet Richwoods and Grandview have already called off! Though I'm in Rockwood and it takes a bit more for them to call off!

1 inch here in St Clair. Unless more develops looks like it’s winding down

This is it? One burst of snow then done? How anticlimactic.

Gotta love how my forecast went from 2-4" today down to less than 1" when I'm pretty sure I already have an inch and it's still coming down heavy though it'll be ending soon.

I think im gonna puke. Lol Would that be from too many adult beverages because you were celebrating the models finally going 'our way' with totals creeping upward and a slam dunk storm? ? Back to nothing 7 miles west of de soto. Had some grauple mix as the heavy band moved north.

Pure whiteout. Very very heavy snow now in the southern edge of that death band.
Heaviest snow I've seen in years.

For those asking...precep should continue to develop behind the second death band. We won't have consistent ice crystal growth so freezing drizzle and sleet will work in at times

When you post conditions, please include your location even if it seems redundant. Mobile users don't have easy access to where you are

It's the 18z HRRR at extended range so take it with a big grain of salt, but it has a robust hit of snow for wave 2 tomorrow afternoon
