That 2nd band is starting to fill in nicely out to the west, almost converging with the backside of the first. Promising sign.

Ok, just measured 7.5" on my back patio table. That includes snow that was left from yesterday. I forgot to clear it off. Looks like I got 6" so far today plus 1.5" left from 2" that fell yesterday.

Measured 1.2 inches of stuff..... finally switched to all snow and then the hole on the radar is getting us.... crazy numbers down this way.... 10 miles north of here they have 5-6 inches and 2 miles south they literally have nothing

I think the earth City area got the worst of both waves yesterday and today . We received about 2” yesterday and so far maybe 1-1.5” today it’s not looking like we will get much more All Marissians (both of us): Hold my beer. Got a dusting Sunday and a sleetfest most of today. It changed briefly to hamsters, but now looks like they're getting dry-slotted.

I'm getting very lucky as that narrow band through Centralia and Salem has kept the moderate to heavy snow going for the last hour and should for another half hour or so. Approaching 3 inches here.

I am sitting at 2" for today...3.7 on the ground and hoping for another 1-2 this evening.
For all the different pieces and complexities of this storm... Im pretty happy with what I will have on the ground. Too bad all but the piles will be gone by Christmas... but it sure is festive to look at right now!

Festus area on highway 55 is a train wreck. 55 is closed in several different places due to tractor trailers stuck on highway. Most notably is 55 at highway A appear to be where it is closed/stopped in both directions.
