I have light sleet 7 miles west of De Soto. Temp 36* Light covering of sleet on back deck.

Snow in St. Charles. Won’t last long and is most likely the last flakes of the season so enjoy them.

Looking at the radar and cams/reports West and southwest of here we might get another hour or so of steady snow. With the stronger forcing moving in , we should stay snow for a while . It’s actually really peaceful.

Been snowing for a while. Cars coated. Green grass and white make for a noticeable contrast on the ground.

Snowed enough to see a very thin slushy buildup on car and deck surfaces....nothing in grass...not even enough to call it a dusting really.

Flakes the size of golf balls right now everything is white. Sure hope I don’t have to get a salt hopper back on the truck 😉😊

I'm starting to get a build up in the grass, as well. Not quite up to hamster flakes, but getting close. Coming down fairly hard.

Watching these flakes hit the surface outside my window. Some flakes are a good inch in diameter...maybe inch and half.

Heavy snow everything covered including pavement, very surprised. It looks like the heavy batch is remaining snow . Should keep going for another hour or so
