The snow has done really well here in my back yard. I have not measured but my best guess is right around 3 inches. Just west of Rolla. Snow is still coming down

I still have salt shaker snow. 1/4 to 3/8 mile vis so it is coming down pretty good. Temp up to 30*. Guesstimate of .125" (1/8") of snow on back deck and railing. I will go out on the proverbial limb and say "I WILL" crush my seasonal total of .25" for the winter so far. Yes, I am taking a firm stand on this.

Been salt shaker snow here since it started. Good dusting so far. Roofs, mailboxes and garbage cans are covered. Ground is dusted. Not sticking to streets yet here in Mascoutah.

That’ll change with the better lift moving in shortly. Not sure we reach hamster criteria but it’ll rip for 2 hours or so

Well, that dry air pocket on the east side is holding tough after all...that has been a consistent feature with storms the past several years. Looking like I'll be lucky to top an inch in Brighton with that eating up the initial shot of lighter snow. Hopefully the stronger lift overwhelms that and brings 0.5"/hr rates.

So far it looks like Rolla is the big winner. So far they have exactly 2”. Nothing but a heavy coating and lots of salt shaker flakes here in VR.

Salt shaker++ here now. Vis under a 1/4 mile. Concrete pad starting to dust over. Hopefully, we can combine those 2 beautiful words several times the rest of the winter....... ..."rippin' hamsters'...

Visibility has decreased tremendously over the last 10 minutes. Some bigger flakes would help but it's snowing pretty good.

Rippin' salt. 700-800- vis, temp 30* 7 miles west of De Soto. .5" plus now on the railings. Doubled the season total. Maybe a triplin' or quadruplin' is possible?? The bar is pretty low this year.
