I really didn't want to do this, but I am nearing the end of my rope. I have a house for sale in Belleville. It's cute, west end, and is on the market for 45,000. That is less than what I still owe on it. If anyone knows anyone who wants a house, needs a house, or does investment properties in the area, pm me and I will send you the Zillow link. The payments for the mortgage are way less then rental payments, and it would be even better since I had a higher interest rate on it when I bought it There is nothing wrong with the house, got renters in it now, just want to cut all ties to Illinois tax and am unemployed right now. Thanks for y'all's patience! I know on face book, there are groups that you can place stuff like this. Kinda like the old trading post on the radio. Like in my area it is "By, Sell, Trade Litchfield area" Maybe try that. |

I just looked it up, there is a couple of them, so may want to try them all. The first one is Bellville Buy, Sell or Trade
