Storm just east of Steelville looking suspicious Ya that’s some tight rotation. Wonder what the LCL is today. Any rotation might have a hard time making it to the ground

Right on top of Bass River resort. Glad it’s not the main camping season.

Almost weird to see a legit supercell in the CWA. Seems like I haven't seen many of those over the last few years in the immediate area.

Can I ask if Chris has mentioned his beloved beagle Daisy lately? I know it’s nasty out, but just thought I’d pose the question when it settles down enough to answer!

Nothing that I have seen and I don't believe I've missed any pages. Regarding the other post, I've not seen any problems with the forums on my end.

Not to distract too much from the ongoing severe weather, but Tropical Storm Iba has formed off the coast of Brazil...yep you read that correctly.

wow. Several discrete cells on LSX right now. Lit up like a Christmas tree! Beginnings of the linear mode look to be taking shape as cells are starting to run into each other.

Potential for some very large hail in that cell.
Edit: It now has a TBSS signature...pretty much a guarantee of large hail.

Guys I seen the tornado this evening coming back from Maramec Springs. I was not chasing the storm as I went with a buddy and his kids to take them fishing. But it looked large. EF2+ when we seen it going down 44 to our southeast. This needs to be a confirmed tornado. It was located at that time about 40 mins ago I’d estimate 12-15 miles southeast of Bourbon but it was big!!

Rotation starting to tighten up in Washington CO. All I gotta say is although we only got a very quick view going east on 44 is that this tornado was NOT SMALL.
