Viewers reporting hail in perryville. Southern board members be aware. I had some .75” at least. Maybe more. Some were very loud. NWS failed in not issuing a warning. Hope the Jeep Cherokee is ok..normally would have been on top of it but my hands are a little full with a newborn and an anxious dog. Ik. Kfvs is also focusing further south as well especially near puxico.

The storm in stoddard/bollinger county is veering to the left. That might indicate a weakening at least temporarily.

Seems like the danger is now shifting to the north a bit. Area of concern is the nw section of jackson. This is important bc this concern could shift further north into perryville b4 the night is over and perryville has already seen hail as has many areas even further north.

Perryville needs to be alert too...seems like a boundary is moving north.

Those cells around Cape G are nasty looking. I’d take those tornado warnings very seriously

The cell near cgi has shifted more to the rt. So courthouse area in jackson under the gun. Grant dade says north of broadway in cgi cld be under the gun but im thinking more trail of tears state park ans possibly proctor and gamble plant.

The redevelopment out west...enough juice to make me concerned?

I think so...seems like a north migrating boundary. Meanwhile cgi has evolved to more of a st8line wind event.
At least perryville, i wldnt rule out ste gen...maybe a smarter person than me could rule them out. These storms are popping then diminishing rapidly.

The redevelopment out west...enough juice to make me concerned? I’d keep an eye on them. Still enough cape and shear for supercell development

Just sideways rain. That rotation looked pretty broad to me. That cell in KY, though, was nasty.

Those cells around Cape G are nasty looking. I’d take those tornado warnings very seriously Son #1 is at SEMO. Texted they are evacuating dorms to the lower levels. This was about 15 min ago or so.

There was a brief period of a tight couplet as the storm moved into uptown jackson (basically what they call tbe area around the courthouse)from the burfordville covered bridge, but youre right as it continued e se, it became more broad and i think the warning will expire. Sprigg and bertling near the university...idk if they were ever in danger even though grant said north of broadway east of kingshighway. It looked more like further north to me but he warned us saying you cant really tell with the tilt of the ams. Glad shes safe now.

Paducah is usually nails when it comes to severe weather. I drove through nickel/quarter size hail heading southwest out of town. Highway 51 was covered with hail.

That cell headed toward Mounds, IL, looks like it's going to throw out some serious straight line winds.

Imagine my suprise to come out of my coma to see radar lit up like early May. I thought I was hallucinating...which is definitely possible. Guess I missed that forecast. If I had th energy I would post something on facebook...but I got nothin.
This may be one of the worst flu bugs I have had in years...that or my pain tolerance is not what it once was.

I feel your pain. I know my tolerance is not ent half of what it used to be. I hit 40 and my ability to see, fight off infection and hear has gone down hill 100 times faster than I expected. Fight on Chris!
