The difference between what we had and a major outbreak was probably only a couple hundred J/kg of CAPE. There were several weak mesovorts and line breaks that just couldn't pull it off with the lack of instability. Thank goodness!

Finished with 2.25 in Ballwin and I am done with wind and cool, camping and floating plans for this weekend in flux now, most likely ended. Come on 60s and 70s with some sun...

1.45" according to the Davis on the roof in North St. Pete. It was a chilly and windy walk at Lake 370 this morning.

I don't know about you all but I'm done with the cold...ready for real spring and summer. I have snow in Chicago this morning, but it wasn’t worth the 2 inches of cold rain. If we aren’t getting several inches of concrete, I’m ready for 70s and baseball.

Looks like another severe outbreak may happen next week across the south. That would be the third week in a row.

I agree ready for warmth. So much yard work and brush to burn. Always either to wet or usually to windy.

40* and light sprinkles 7 miles west of De Soto. We will wait for the band of showers to move through then go cover the peas, spinach, and other vulnerable early sprouters. Why don't the freeze kill the weeds?

Coming home today!!!! Had to purchase a bigger vehicle a little sooner than I wanted, and my mom flew up to drive me and the car back home. I can't wait to see the arch and know it is for good!
