Looks like the band is moving quicker so 1 inch will likely be the top end with most a half inch.
Flake size is now like dust here, and lots of them but the fluff went away suddenly and I am inder the heavy band

It's ripping here. Starting to get hit with 30ish dbz returns in Northern Wildwood!

Reports of 8-9" across western and southern Nashville metro. Moderate snow now in Northern Wildwood. Bigger flakes! The hills on I-840 won't be much fun with that. I have to drive to ATL this weekend (lingering after effects of an ear infection so I can't fly). I think I'll do the southern MS-AL-GA route.

Looks like the heaviest is already into St. Louis County and the dry air is starting to take a bite out of things.

Looks like just south of 70 might be the winners.

Should be able to add up easily

Looks like the heavy green/yellow band went right over the radar site, or it looked like that 'because' it went right over the radar site. Hmmmmm

Unfortunately the big fluffy flakes only last 20 to 30 min

I've got flake sizes of peas/navy beans. Added about .125" looks like. Like someone above said..."snow on snow." Who know's, this could be the start of a 'trend'.

Close to 0.5"! I'm just glad that the bigger hydrometeors overcame the dry air after 5pm! Smaller flakes now but still moderate snow.

Big olde fluffy hampsters are falling in West Belleville. Very translucent indicating high ratio/dry snow that kinda of scatters on impact.

Lighter snows but still coming down nicely. This is fun. About 0.8" and still piling up. Hard to measure as Snowstorm mentioned it's like cotton balls (light like a feather)! More than I received on Sat's system. Hidden Valley's opening day today! Only going to need about 2" after this system to surpass my last year's snow total.
It's 4* here in Northern Wildwood.

This has got to be close to 30 to 1 snow. Still snowing lightly 1.2 measured on the driveway before I blew it off. If you stomp on the ground the snow blows 6 to 8 inches away from your shoe.
