Looks like a bit of a hook echo around Hermann Clear hook echo signature. Surprised it's not warned. Velocity scan isn't great....

The stuff in SW MO should be the main event later this evening
It’s mean looking right now and the LLJ will be ramping up the next few hours

Some nasty velocity readings between innsbrook and marthasville. Has a distinct hook to it. Won’t be surprised to see it go warned shortly

yeah, those storms around coffeeville, and down into OK...that's going to hit us overnight, it seems. I wonder if any headlines will be extended past midnight. I do think flash flooding is a big concern over the metro in addition to large hail.

It's going to be interesting to see how this next wave of storms reacts to the increasing LLJ. I expect it to get pretty rough over southeast Missouri...and not that far south of St. Louis.

This should put another dent in our drought. they say next week is going to be very wet, and iirc, we are in a hazard for heavy rainfall. that should help too.

Timing wise does this look to develop in next couple hours ? Are you thinking after midnight ? I hate night time storms!

Existing activity SHOULD increase in organization as it spreads east and builds south into the strengthening LLJ. Also... I can't help but be interested in tomorrow afternoon southeast of STL in southern IL. We may end up with some low top supercells down there tomorrow ahead of the front if we clear out for a time.

Being in St. Francois county, and getting ready for bed, I don't like the sound of that. Thanks for the heads up Chris.

Thanks for responding Mr. Higgins. Battle between LLJ and whether the Cap will break ? May that limit the threat to mostly heavy rain down here in SE Missouri?

Not wanting severe, but I'm at 0.00" so far and it would be worrisome if this was a complete swing and a miss for south of 44 from a rain standpoint. Agreed. I don't want severe, but I'd sure like to see some of that heavy rain I see on the radar up north. It's bone dry here. Hard to bust a drought.

And proceeded to look at me like I did it.
Only minor rumbles until that one hit.

I'm listening to the weather radar describing the tornado warning for Franklin gasconade Crawford County but the National Weather Service Has Lifted all the tornado warning and just a severe thunderstorm warning anyone know any different

Well that complex moving at us is mighty powerful.
The saging South of the developing west to east line of showers and storms has stopped. And the last 5 frames on rada you can see The this boundary temporarily moving back North.
Man thing s running into a untouched region of power.
Don't like this at all.

Does anyone know if something took out the radar or whatever at National Weather Service cuz even my weather radio went out my last update on radar is at 12:17.
Edit: weather radio just timed off it was just coincidence, thankfully
