Some of you may remember the St Louis WX Blogger Map I created some years ago. I would like to open it up to collaboration so people can update their data (and, ideally, put in your past data, too, if you have it). It's a nice repository for historical data and interesting to look at all the area-wide information. You can also post photos. If you would like to collaborate, please PM a gmail address and I will send you an invite. - Choose "Classic Maps"
- Find your pin on the map - you may already be on there, or in the general vicinity
- Customize your icon if you wish and update your data
- Careful editing! It's really easy when you "grab" the map to inadvertently pick up someone else's pin and accidentally move it; if that happens you will be given a message "You have changed the location" and you are given an "undo" option. If you are unsure, please click undo!

You have to zoom in quite a bit to see them all... LOL Looks like one lone balloon cluster, with one balloon in Hawaii.

I must be missing something, but I don't see an option for "Classic Maps." I see no way to edit anything.

In the original invite there should be a link at the bottom for Classic Maps If not, Top right should be a blue 'Help & Fedback' expander.
Or you can can click the gear icon.
If none of those work, please let me know and I'll re-send the invite and try to work through it with you. I think the "Use Classic Maps" can be easy to miss. Also make sure you're signed into google in order to edit.

If you’ve already enabled the new Google Maps but want to return to the classic Google Maps temporarily, you can return to classic Google Maps for a single session.
Go to the new Google Maps. Click the Help button in the bottom right corner. Click Return to classic Google Maps. The classic Google Maps will remain enabled until you navigate away or close the tab. The next time you open your browser tab, the new Google Maps experience will be automatically loaded.
Switch back to the old version permanently
If you want, you can also go back to the old version:
Go to the new Google Maps. Click the Help button in the bottom right corner. Click Return to classic Google Maps. Click Yes in the notification bar that appears.
