Charter has taken their 30/4 plan and made it a 100/4 plan for the same price. If you are on the 30/4 and not getting 100/4, call them. Most were automatically moved to the new speed, some have had to call to get it implemented. Just a public service message in case somebody might have missed the upgrade.
