King Eider and Harlequin are the main ones. Saw a few Spectated Eiders, Emperor Geese, and Scoters too. I was in dutch last November looked like a duck hunters dream! then i felt a sustained 50+ mph wind and quickly thought of the challenges of hunting flying critters up there lol

That's crazy the weekend storm is sitting over the Bering Sea. I'm currently sitting under it duck hunting on St. Paul Island. It's been brutal. Peak was yesterday afternoon right after the center of circulation moved through. Had gusts over 60. Finally looks like it's going to be calmer today. what do you do up there?

Lotta of smoke over the North American continent per the GOES-16 satellite imagery. Most of Earth's atmosphere is quite foggy/dirty looking for that matter Probably the 'dirtiest' I've ever seen. Wonder what implications if any that will have? look at that pocket over the ozarks is that smoke or humidity?

Warmer Weather Is Actually A Good Thing For Produce Sales Both My Stores Are Moving Product Faster Than Ever And Not Just Me, My Family Has Fruit Stands From Perryville, To Desoto Up To New Town (St. Charles) And We Have All Noticed An Increase In Sales It Was Much Needed As March/April Had More Cold Wet Days Than Warm Sunny Ones...
Most Farmers Irrigate Although Ground Water Is Still Crucial We Do Want Some Rain!

it sure feels like storms are coming #MuggyAF outside this morning...
we need a soaker to keep us out of drought territory. due to the extreme cold April farmers are about 2 weeks late across the board nearly state wide with produce, a drought would only make it worse for those w/o irrigation🍅🌽🍑🍉

So I'm heading back down to the gulf coast (Biloxi mississippi) for another shrimp run been selling them at my store and its s huge hit!🦐🦐🦐its neat to see spring working it's way north. Jackson ms and south is full fledged spring grass being cut leafs in full foliage green all over Memphis-jackson in the transition and north of memphis looks rather wintery with few trees blooming and grass just greening in sunny spots m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2119595968057612&id=363103317040228For shrimp info^^^ Facebook.com/thefruitstand

So just recently I have been getting a "Low Battery Transmitter 1" message. Being our lack of sunny days, I figured it had drained the battery. Well we had some sunny days, but the message kept up. After all the clouds we had yesterday and today, I woke to no display from the ISS. So before bothering you all, I went to the trusty good ol' net to research it. Found out the battery inside it is not a rechargeable. During the sunny days, the solar panel charges a Super Capacitor, and that is what it runs off of. When the Capacitor is depleted it will then run off the battery (Which is just a standard battery). They said this battery can last anywhere from 8 months to 2 years depending on sunlight. I've had my unit since 2012/2013 I can't remember which year. But I think that was a pretty good time for the battery to last. So my question is, what battery should I get? Remember the biggest shop I have in my area is WalMart. Other wise I have to drive an hour to either get to Springfield or STL. I've seen 2 suggestions so far, and just wanted other's opinions. They are "Duracell Ultra Lithium DL123AD2U" which is cross referenced with CR123, CR123A and EL123A. The other is "Energizer 123 Lithium". Is anyone of those fine (Or better then each other), or should I look for another brand? Panasonic has best cr123 batteries
