I think tomorrow is going to surprise some people. Could see some slushy minor accumulations. Likely our last shot of snow for several months so enjoy it

Models have ramped up the precip in the warm sector Friday. Could be a solid severe day.

The HRRR really weakens current precip as it hits eastern MO...QPF really falls off as it approaches the Mississippi River.

Honestly... the hires NAM seems to be doing a better job depicting precip trends...and I expect a mix of rain and snow to reach metro STL between 4PM and 6PM.
Some slushy spots up to 1/2" will be possible... with up to 1" possible for areas north of I-70.

Out here we went from Spring to winter and then back to spring. 60's to 70-ish, then rain, sleet and snow Friday afternoon and overnight. Woke up yesterday to 19 degrees and heavy freezing fog that didn't go away until after lunch, with rain (kinda warm) that moved in yesterday afternoon. This morning temps at wake up were in the low 40's. This spring is a little bipolar.

I’m at the lake of the Ozark and we’ve had precipitation over us for a long time, nothing falling. I don’t see anyone getting much more than a dusting at best , bring on spring

Just mowed the lawn. Brand new 56v, 7.5ah, E-Go 21", self propelled. AMAZING! Got through on one charge with 25% left.
Battery quick charges in about 45 minutes.
Tipped it up on end when I was done and spayed the underside clean. Try that with a gas mower.
5 year warranty on this thing. Bye bye gas mowers.

I don’t see anyone getting much more than a dusting at best , bring on spring I would tend to agree...there's a ton of dry air in place that will eat most of the precip up...but there is also 3/4vis snow falling out near KC so there should be a burst of snow after 5-6pm. Radar and short range modeling looks like N of I-70 is favored for sure...maybe some light accums. Bring on spring!

You'll be living on another planet before you know it. Thanks, Elon Musk. He's pushing it. We need pushers. I set my mower to mulch. This did the job as well as my gas mowers did. Torque is no issue. I have read in reviews that the mower does not bog in deep/thick stuff. Just pulls more off the battery to keep rpms up. The speed control on the propel is a lever. All wheels adjust with one knob. This thing is a dream.

Pretty steady snowfall for the last hour or so in Fredericktown. Grassy surfaces and elevated surfaces are starting to accumulate.

Its 41 here... better start cooling quickly if there is any chance of any frozen precip here. It's been in the low 40s all afternoon. Got up to 44 I think.
