Temp up to 35* and snow is almost all but gone. Unless it’s in the hills out where my house is at.

I measured this morning and final talley is two and a quarter inches. What a beautiful snow! Stuck on all the branches in the trees. Probably wont stick around long though.

Canadian and Euro continue to support a 1-3" snow Monday. The gfs and new gfs are much improved at 06z, moving/developing the snow band much further NW into the southern parts of the area. 12z's should be telling.
Looking forward to the snow squalls this afternoon! There may be a main band that looks more like a thunderstorm squall line coming in, we will just have to see. Hoping for a dusting for opening morning!

Zero. Big.Fat.Zero in Rosewood Heights...just a cold, wet rain. A few wet flakes, but that's about it.

Right along 44 into the metro with 2-4” Which metro you talking about?? Metro west and south from STL county south. Ratio based it’s still supportive of a 1 to at least 3” for some and ground will be much colder in those areas to bc most have some if this beautiful white stuff which will give the grounds a nice hard freeze tonight. Nothing like it was originally showing but still a nice November storm in my opinion.

Nam is looking awesome through hour 75...swath of snow developing in north TX and OK. Let's keep 'er goin.
EDIT: There is an unexplained void in precip as it heads NE through 84 hours but the idea is there. If gfs comes in like I think it will, we have a watcher.

If it’s 20 tonight in Festus, don’t you think we’ll get some mood snow since we missed out last night? Maybe Monday!

The only model I saw with any snow around St. Louis next week is the EURO and it’s a small band of 1-2” everything else is well south and east of our area. It has shifted south and weaker every day.

Euro and Canadian have held their ground for the most part, with the exception of intensity. GFS is coming around and the NAM just took a major jump in the right direction. Still the focus is I-44 points south.

I don't know how everyone around me had snow on the ground last night. Nothing stuck here at all, not even briefly. I'm shocked.

Any best guesses on if the pavement will be cooled off enough to support accumulation for anything that falls on Monday?

The band of snow is forming right on cue through St Joe now, extending about 100 Mi further west of where HRRR shows it.

Whoever gets under one of the snow showers this afternoon will likely see white out conditions.
Low level uvvs are forecasted to reach -20 to -30.
That's typically huge flake whiteout territory.

Any best guesses on if the pavement will be cooled off enough to support accumulation for anything that falls on Monday? lows in the mid-teens tonight will certainly help... and of course how heavy the snow falls next week.

The radar might be a little underdone because the main lift is below 800mb.

GFS is still too far SE, but continues the trend over the last several runs of backing it up to the west. I-44 points south still very much in play IMO. Just wish it would have come a bit further NW this run.
