This thing is really starting to blow up. Just need a bit more expansion north but not convinced that'll happen.

My daughter in Park Hills said it is slick and everything was covered in 20 minutes, waiting on confirmation of what is making it slick. Edit: Rain, sleet and snow

I bet it hits I-44 and ceases northward movement.

33 here in Hillsboro, but nothing falling from the sky. I do look forward to all the mud in my yard freezing though.

Radar is interesting. What is that swirl of moisture wrapping in from the northeast? Deformation zone trying to set up?

I bet it hits I-44 and ceases northward movement. I would agree with that. 44(MO)/64(IL) seems to be the area with the most potential from here on out.

That NE flow coming into the precip is sure eating away at the northern edges....bororug will get 2-3" and I will have flurries. My daughter just reported 'hamster missles' from Park Hills.

There is nothing on the radar, but still coming down pretty good here. We have a dusting on bare spots.

Light salt shaker snow here in LSL. Starting to coat the grass tops. People outside of this forum for the most part don’t understand the work you and your pros put in to give as accurate a forecast as possible. Great Facebook write up but you don’t have to apologize to anyone. Armchair quarterbacks always criticize and always will. We are all bummed with the storm outcome but know that this is St Louis weather and the only predictable thing about the weather is it’s unpreditability.
