Anybody willing to admit this is farther northeast than most thought last night especially with some of the latest reports up north?!? Not unless this goes on for long enough to make a little impact. The short term models completely collapse the snow moving in by early afternoon. Maybe that wont happen. But saturation and getting a little bit was expected I’m banking on the saturation winning and this staying a bit farther north by 10 - 15 miles. The snow that’s coming down is rather moderate and somewhat wet actually when it started but now steady and not wet and not powdery. I like how things stand right now.

I'd say the antecedent cold airmass is helping...if it were 28-32* with this dry of an airmass it would probably be ironclad.
Still not expecting much if anything in Brighton, lol.

I'll be in your club today. Anyone in IL will be lucky to see anything. The MO side of the immediate metro has much better odds
