Found these when we were looking at plants at a local nursery. They each have an intensity of F1, there was another wine there with an intensity of F2. Figured y'all would like this.

Short term models aren't too impressive in terms of coverage today but some areas are likely to see some training/stalled out storms so localized flash flooding is likely wherever they set up.

Already passing .25 in chesterfield... only raining for less than 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, ASOS at scott just popped a 67kt gust. Not sure if that is legit or not.

They are not going to capture this. Look at shortwave on satellite all AM was enough to know this was going to be more than modled.

My mom, who lives in OFallon il said she has water standing in her back yard, and it took my sister a long time and several detours to get from the sports park to Sweet Katie Bee's in downtown OFallon.

Nothing outside of sprinkles in Waterloo today. Very humid but no rain to speak of. My NWS forecast calls for 100% chance of rain tonight mostly before 9pm with heavy rain possible. Looks like that will bust badly. Imagine if that was a snow forecast!

We've only had a couple of brief showers here today, too. I'd be surprised if we've had a tenth of an inch.

My (late) take on the parade. Some friends of ours came in from Evansville, IN, on Friday night to go to the parade with us. We grew up together, both of their kids play or played hockey growing up. My plan was to get up and leave around 6:30am, which we did. We parked at my wife's garage (9th and Cole) and waited a few minutes for the worst of the storm to pass. Walked in the rain down to Market and ended up on the rail at 9th St. There were originally chairs against the fence, but the people there were great. They had two tents and some space in between, told us they had plenty of room and we should take their spots...and duck under their tents if/when it started to rain again. 8:30 am beers while waiting for a once-in-a-lifetime event seemed appropriate, so after we emptied our coolers, we opted for a few of the $6 bottles. In our area, everybody at least took their canopies down when the parade started, if not the entire tent. We ended up with around 550 pictures, a couple dozen videos, got doused with beer by Chaser, and had multiple high-fives from players. We didn't even try to get down to the Arch when it was over. We walked the 8-9 blocks past cars in gridlock, got in ours, drove straight out of the garage and a couple blocks onto the Stan span. To top it off, my buddy sends me this link from stltoday. The picture that goes along with #3 (ROR) is us. That's his youngest getting the high-five from O'Reilly. He just did the same with all of us. Our oldest is the one holding the camera, and our youngest is next to her. The look on their faces is what it's all about. I culled it down to about 275 pictures and 7-8 videos for my facebook album. Some other friends of ours were down at Broadway, and their two sons (also hockey players) got to touch the Cup...twice!! We weren't that lucky, but it's definitely a day I'll never forget.
Here's a link to my entire album of that day. It was two different cameras, so some of the pictures are practically duplicates. Either way, I still can't get enough of this. I've watched Game 7 probably 6 times since we won. I'll watch it as often as the NHL Network continues to play it...and then I'll watch it off the DVR.
