1.3" overnight, according to the Davis on the roof in North St. Pete.

This is ignorant. 3.46” in 24 hours, according to the Davis, but I’m wondering if it can keep up during these. The downspout is like a geyser because the exit side is probably covered with grass.

I posted the other day.
We are looking at a moderate to major Lanina winter.
Thoughts?

I have a small creek that goes through my yard .... water is out 30 feet each way from the creek...... insane rainfall rates

Wonder if tomorrow and Tuesday will favor cold core funnels with the cool pool coming over aloft and a very strong, stacked upper level low?

I posted the other day. We are looking at a moderate to major Lanina winter. Thoughts? No two are the same. Sure there are trends and percentages that can be thrown out, but as we’ve seen before the larger drivers of our weather are things like the EPO, MJO, AO etc. All of those can overwrite whatever ENSO we are in. It might be a better tell of the storm track than the temperatures required for winter weather.

Strong La ninas usually screw us I think. If they don't, I'm sure this one will, lol.

Wonder if tomorrow and Tuesday will favor cold core funnels with the cool pool coming over aloft and a very strong, stacked upper level low? Appears so, especially in Illinois according to NWS for cold air funnels this afternoon if any instability can be realized.

Stupid deformation band is trying to form right to my west. Go away rain. I’m really trying not to turn my heat on again.

Say what you will about the excess amounts of rain the vegetation is INCREDIBLY green. Almost an artificial color

This one this week. Semi-empty nesting is getting closer and closer. (Not sure why photobucket needs to put its banner across these.)

And 2.17" of rain in 45 minutes is a little excessive. My grass might have been green, but it was also underwater. People were literally kayaking down the streets of town.

I consolidated 2019/20 snowfall to total amount. I am pretty sure '15/16 is accurate, but 2.5" for '17/18 seems pretty bad.....even for our low standards Can anyone verify this for De Soto??

Said there's was ash all over the cars and such. It's also some of you know as Mads birthday today. And he was always telling her that story on her birthday. Lol
