Curious if this first batch of non-severe stuff east of the river is going to squash the tornado threat over here. Still see a pretty hefty squall line with gusty winds as a threat. Coz?

Yep you are right very erratic movement tonight. Metro looks high and dry. We need rain hopefully a good soaking wednesday

I'm not dropping my guard until the storm near Vichy heads northeast of me. It still looks mean on composite radar, looks like it found some energy to tap to its south. Weird southern jog to it.

Intense straight line winds here. But nothing reaching severe limits. Heavy rain and intense lightning. Nice Fall outbreak. But nothing too bad.

Amazing low level clouds w/ this cell just south of Festus at 55/61. You can them racing w/ every lightning strike.
New location is across the street from cnagel, just south of Festus.

At 828 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was located over Farmington, moving northeast at 45 mph.
