2.3" on my car hood in Northern Wildwood! Forecast verified despite a unsatisfied experience with the rain to snow changeover. Very light snow now.
Everything's so pretty; glad we managed to get some snow!

Glad some of you got to get a couple inches. We had maybe a quarter inch at best before it melted. That sucked, no two ways about it!

What surprises me is that I don't think I ever got below 33 degrees all night long.

Can’t take an official measurement since it didn’t stick to the measuring board, or concrete or anything really for that matter, you might stretch the accumulation to .5” on bare ground, and that’s probably too much of a stretch About the same story 15-20 miles to your north where I am.

For the older members of the board (age-wise)...be careful shoveling this stuff even if you only got a couple of inches. This is the heaviest cement mixer stuff I've come across in a long time.

Measured 2.25 inches. Compacting and melting fast. So... when is our next disappointment supposed to happen? Our new motto should be "Missouri... Where snow storms come to die"!

I taught the kids how to push it. Not loft it. With 3/4" of slush at the bottom, even pushing it was a chore. If there was a kid willing to shovel my drive, I'd make it worth their while. I guess shoveling for money isn't a thing with the youths anymore.

I guess shoveling for money isn't a thing with the youths anymore. My boys wanted to go shovel driveways for money. I advised that it wasn’t a good idea this time - the snow was barely covering anything and melting rapidly. They could make bank in this neighborhood - provided neighbors aren’t like me and don’t carry cash.

I was very happy with the couple inches wish it was more but, still could of been a lot worse. I am going to do my best like I did this morning with my measurements going forward like on a deck rail or pic nic table. But I am very happy to see the reports were the same as I had around my area confirming everything. Now we wait for whats next. I know I heard some of you mention a possible little dusting potential tomorrow night. Does that still look possible? Last night you couldn't get out of bed to track the storm. Now youre a spring chicken?!? What???

I still get excited even when sick friv. I only replied like 2 or 3 times last night which you know is not like me. I went to urgent care, then shoveled grandparents house this morning. Just a virus not COVID.
It was a rough night though with this terrible cough, so when I woke up I checked what was going on and updated my observations accordingly. even sick I can still type lol

Looks pretty cold late next week. We'd probably go below zero if there was snow on the ground

Ironically, I'm feeling sick today too along with my wife. Guess she brought something home from one of her patients. We ended up with a trace down in Fredericktown. Changeover didn't occur here until after 8am.

Models have been juicing up this little shortwave the past day or so, and now with last night's system out of the way models can better focus on that. No big system by any stretch but something fun to watch. At the very least it could be wintry looking Sunday night into Monday early AM.

There are numerous amazing satellite loops of the eruption. Shock waves, gravity waves, 400,000 lightning strikes, waves into a Santa Cruz, CA harbor. It was 'heard' in Alaska, 5800 miles away. I've seen VEI 5 estimates. Karakatau was estimated VEI 6. WOW

The Earth rang like a bell as they like to say. Depending on how long it erupts or if it's multiple eruptions it could beat the 1991 Eruption, but be shy of the 1800s year without a Summer eruption VEI 6 most likely but just imagine if this thing was on land and not underwater. That could of spelled issues for the growing season, coming out of a la Nina this Summer if not by Spring already means the global patterns will be in flux, this could add more mess to long range model confusion. We've been due for a 'big' one somewhere in the world for sometime. Perhaps this is now it?
