At least Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia are all getting more snow than us this winter.

The best thing about the euro is it basically resets the stage by January 2nd, but this time the low slides way southeast giving Tennessee a big snow lol. What a joke 2 bucks on the low coming north but there being too much antecedent dry air to eat it up

Parents live on the 7th floor of a high rise in Clayton. The wind is cranked up here.

Wow!!! Sure is windy out there! Hopefully the wind stays out of the south today, will be smoking a turkey in my backyard which faces North. Fropa just slid thru KC at 7am... you've got about a Missouri's worth of time left.

12z GFS seems to fall in line with last night's 00z GFSv16 and GEFS plots. Surface low just a bit too far north in those cases.

i.imgur.com/ILvG80w.pngGFS is actually super close to what the EURO was printing out at 00z last night. Literally just need to to come in as one vort maximum instead of two disjointed pieces. I would assume if it comes all at once there would be enough momentum to get it to eject further south around Texahoma... then we're gravy.

EURO isn't... too far off from the GEM. Extremely sharp front Thursday evening, almost has the look of a strong QLCS, followed by wind-blown snow showers Thursday night.
