Like the Euro the first 2/3 of the QPF should be 10:1 or higher but the last 1/3 would be lower. The daytime temperature goes above 0C in the metro area.

I have to travel work and flying back Friday around 7pm. I would hate to get stranded and miss the storm! It has been years since I have seen anything over an inch or two from a given storm.

Glenn just went pretty large with his numbers. The colors were pink. Saw that as well. His colors were even off the legend he had at the bottom of the screen.

GFS looks like it isn't going to join the big boy club but still a solid run. Near warning level snowfall for much of the area

GEFS has slowly been increasing its numbers to across the area. If the euro holds serve I think we will see some watches go up

With the borderline temperature I have a hard time seeing this being a high impact snow like the January 2014 storm. It may be more like the palm sunday storm. How can we see significant, long lasting accumulation on pavement with temperatures often near or above freezing?
