The Northern push of the dry line has stopped. With redevelopment along it SW of STL. I'm at McDonald's on West main in Belleville eating. And large flakes are now mixing in. Yea that line is literally right on top of me lol.... just need about a 5 mile sag to the south to be in business here...talk about living on the edge lol

And the banding has been along and SE of 44. Where myself and snowstorm live has been under 20 dbz+ returns since it started SNOWING and you have the same accumulation we have do far???

We have 1". The visibility in your photo is very good. But you have the same accumulation as myself and snowstorm who have been under banding since it started. I care about the integrity of this community. Here is a photo from 3 mins ago. You can see the grass here is much more covered than in your photo. Visibility here is still decently low. I'm not going to keep harping on it. If others feel one way or another they can speak up. But this exaggerating of measurements is getting really old.

Looks like 2 distinct bands of heavier accumulations one from Rolla/Salem, MO to Breese/Carlyle Lake, IL and another from Jefferson City to Columbia, MO northeast to just north of Carlinville and Lincoln, IL with lesser amounts between the 2 bands which would include the northwestern half of the metro.

That radio tower looks distinctive of the one at the Jail.
