Was it Beaker asking about an updated snowfall departure map? That was pretty nice for MRCC to label 99's location...

Don't think these are final official totals but latest I saw was 2.4" in Shreveport and 1.2" in Jackson which is more than me. And I can say the last year or so has been one of the most boring weather-wise I can remember. It's been a long grind as a weather enthusiast in St. Louis recently.

FINALLY got to see some snow. Even is if was... only an inch deep or so in the shade... or in piles on a parking lot... Had to run up to St. Joseph yesterday. Even made a pit stop at Hustonia, and got to see a snow flurry. Driving back, I was in the sun from St. Joseph until I turned off at Warrenton and headed south. Good times!!! Bring on the blowtorch... I am ready. At least it would be something different.

12z ukmet says the euro wasn’t crazy yesterday.
Has some material wind blown snow for the metro Friday evening.
Could even add up to and inch or two in spots.

I've noticed the trof axis has slowly backed west run-to-run...that's favorable for SNSH activity around here. About the only potential with models losing the storm around the 18th. The flow just doesn't seem to want to slow down.

I saw that snowfall graphic this morning. Is that correct down there in Louisiana? They haven't had a foot of snow have they? I didn't see any reports from the most recent storm that high at least.

Wait...parts of LA have recieved a foot of snow? Ya I was wondering how accurate that was. If that’s true that has to be a record

Here’s the 72 hour snowfall accumulation from the NOHRSC site. It’s showing a foot in parts of LA. I think that might be a error

Likely just a conversion error for sea level variance in the southwest quadrant of the upper sectors.
(I actually just wanted to post something to "follow" this Corner, and that's the best I could come up with.)
Carry on.

Oh the RPDS/RGEM is up to something...
Also the ICON,NAM holding back a lot of energy, might be hinting at secondary formation right on top of us. Long shot but its all we got right now.

Tomorrow and Wednesday for what it's worth will be a nice time to get those holiday decorations down for those that haven't taken them down yet. Hey, might as well do something with the nice weather while it lasts.
