Yeah. What a crummy weekend. Too humid and rainy. We were going to put Halloween decorations up outside. But decided not to. Next weekend looks warmer. Yuck

I was just looking at that 920...it's a ways out, but a pretty textbook setup across the S Plains.

Ok the 80s in the long range is starting to get annoying. Hate to break it to you, but we could be seeing 90s at least one more time this weekend. Muscle shirt(sleeveless shirt) weather isn't done with us yet.

I was just looking at that 920...it's a ways out, but a pretty textbook setup across the S Plains. I believe I was one of a few people that called for severe storms potentials second half of October into 1st half of November. Seems on track. Weather looks to stay interesting even if in the mid to long ranges, but after a boring hot Friday through Monday it does look like the gun will be loaded for bowling ball storms tracking northwest of us through Halloween with 80s-90s ahead of them and a fast hit of strong storms, then 1-3 day cool shots in the 60s and lower 70s (highs) before repeating again with another warm-up then a storm.

Maybe it's best if Facebook just imploded, even though I do use it. Mid 80s now nws forecast on Saturday. This just will not be tolerated.

It's been in the news all day if you (people) haven't figured it out all day. Just goes to show that when Facebook is down, it's breaking news, but someone who saves a child from being run over by a car (just for example), barely makes the news save for maybe more then a passing mention in local news. But Facebook, Social media or heaven forbid the Internet as a whole goes down for a day (extreme case there) you won't stop hearing about. Goes to show where peoples priorities are...

GFS still have us getting close to 90 Saturday, but most other models are less extreme with 78 to 86*F for Saturday and not much different Sunday. Might depend on clouds and how much mixing is realized. If it's cloudier or less Windy, then no 90s and even anything above low 80s would be a stretch.

Lol Quote from a news article: The company said in a blog post that its engineering teams found that "configuration changes on the backbone routers that coordinate network traffic between our data centers caused issues that interrupted this communication. This disruption to network traffic had a cascading effect on the way our data centers communicate, bringing our services to a halt."

Haven’t looked in for awhile. Life has been crazy the past 5 months. Have changes been announced on Fox2? Chris’s new duties? Chris is no longer the morning show meteorologist. Starting next week he's going to be on the 11 PM newscast. He has also been given the duty of “severe weather expert.“ I saw a promo for this over the weekend. I'm guessing this means lots of time in the Storm Runner.

Looking at the 06Z GFS what a nightmare. It's warm the entire run. With a few days of us being along a low level boundary dividing warm air from mild air. It's way above normal all the to central Canada. pic upload sitepic upload site

Damn, my Facebook account was hacked like 3-4 yyear ago. I created a new one a couple years ago.
Haven't been on it since.
Haven't been on twitter in 5-7 years.
In fact I partake in zero social media.
And I have no feelings of missing out.

I had a morning shower 7 miles west of De Soto and a few drops here and there since. I would quantify this area as a 'have not' today.....so far.😫😫😫
