I've been driving north since noon from Gulfport Mississippi seen five or six storms fire off around me down south looking like I will be meeting the storms in St. Louis when I arrive (midnight) the future radar shows some good ones rolling through the area later!
Glad it cools down tomorrow and Saturday so I'm not melting while boiling up all these Blue Crabs, Crawfish, & Shrimp🦀🦞🦐

Our shot now has severe warnings across SE NE. I would expect a watch here later tonight... soundings have CAPE well over 3000+ and lapse rates around 8 thru the hail zone.

Splitsville...we got about 10 fat drops so far. Not looking like a whole lot of rain here. But man, is the outflow fierce with this thing!

Easily the worst wind storm I've seen since 2006! Ya even though the MSC started splitting/weakening when it moved through Lincoln Co. The wind was still intense!

Wild winds in Shrewsbury. All the dogs started barking. Trash cans blew over, windows rattling. Thankful we didn’t lose power!

Back online I tried to report at 5:43 a.m. that it was just pouring rain absolutely calm winds I'm guessing we got two, two and a half inches of rain but I haven't looked at the estimate yet.

I have never seen my pond come up as fast as it did it must have Rose 12 to 14 inches to the spillway and now running over. Granted, it's not very big, but that was alit of rain in a short time. Edit: 7 miles west of De Soto.
