That storm out in Kansas City looks like it's going to form a line and sweep our way ⛈️

.36”. That gives me a grand total of .41”. Disappointed. Radar estimate is an inch for my house. That's typically fairly accurate

0.000000001 here in Fletcher Just about sums it up here too. Radar estimates have me smack in the middle of the 0-.375" area and was nowhere near .375". Maybe the batch out west has us in its sights.

The Davis on the roof in north St. Pete has had his thirst temporarily quenched. He is happy with his 1.5"

I've had 1.3" over the two storms, split pretty equally. Still have tree and utility line damage in the High Ridge area that they haven't gotten to yet. Hopefully, the next line will help the SW Jeffco people.

That storm out in Kansas City looks like it's going to form a line and sweep our way ⛈️ It's developed in to a full north/south line. Hopefully it will hold together as it moves across the state.

My rain gauge had 1.67" from this afternoon. Was at the movie theater when the storm came through and you could hear the rain during the movie.

This series of storms is going to set the drought back a bit for sure. Hopefully we can continue to keep chipping away into Autumn.

The cluster of storms (squall line) in central MO looks like they will stay together and hit the metro after 2-3am ish.

Weather radio went off 2 times overnight with Severe Thunderstorm Warnings. I seen a few flashes of lightning in the distance. This morning's check of the rain 'Can' is bone dry. Looking at radar from overnight I have to think we at least got a trace of rain. I hope we get some rain this week, looks like percentages have lowered some for Wed. and Thurs.

I must have slept through the overnight storm. Doesn't look like it did anything here. Anyone have the radar from 130a?

Globals show a lot of rain and storms around next weekend into the following week with a couple ridge running complexes and then a strong front sweeping through on deep NW flow.
Let's keep up this pattern of a day or two of heat and then a prolonged cool down...so far this summer hasn't been nearly as hot as I expected and there's no complaints there.

Thanks.
That last storm just needed to make sure the little stripe of illinois that didn't get wind, got wind.

Another .31 in overnight. Running total since Friday, 2.11 in.
And I'll take every low 80+ day, and all of the rain that I can get. Better than the alternative.

A quick shower just went through 7 miles west of De Soto. Just enough to get everything wet so it has to help.
