3.5" is exactly what I measured at 6:30
it is still, SN+ here at my house, I think my nephew may have knocked over my measuring table earlier, which is why I have low total for the the first two measurements. Measured at a spot I havent cleared off and have 3.5.

Chris also made a comment about next weeks snow, and reference a famous storm from between '72 and '92 , but can't find that post. Was looking for it this morning hoping I wasn't dreaming, and can't find it. ....lol A great like that deserves two accounts. I'm not saying that's what's happened here nor am I rejecting the hypothesis. I'm just saying... All we know for sure is that.....we are a closed group and you have to know or be somebody to join!! Chris introduced “SullivanDave” in the wee hours of the morning..... We can’t be certain that Mr. Murray moved when he retired. If Mr. Murray is anything like I am.....he might have forgotten his password and instead of going through the reset process (due to the excitement of this storm) He reached out to Chris Higgins and asked to join as a new member! This is all speculation, but it adds to the excitement of this system!!!! Just who is “SullivanDave?”

OK, I finally did it, I went outside and dumped 2 ton of salt into the spreader. Couldn't wait anymore, customers calling for pre-salt. So if Lucy shows up, I'll take the blame. Tlawn, did you already bit the bullet?

I hope your right, but we just have to get him to stop taking stupid penalties Bowmeester, Tank, and Peron are on my trade list, and I think we're stuck with Peron, don't think anyone wants him because I believe he's toxic in the locker room, kind of like Oshie was.
Now back to stars aligning for you, good luck down there, where nobody lives. Actually, you do have a neighbor up the road a short distance if I remember correctly.
Kerber was on the radio the other day talking about how much Perron has grown up and being a leader to the younger guys. He is also averaging about 0.75 points per game.

Harbor Freight has a Ames brand infrared laser thermometer on sale for like $18, if you want to go the cheap route I checked ground temperatures with my IR gun. Grass and concrete are in the 20's. If anyone else has an IR device can you double check my measurements? been thinking of getting one of those. What do you have exactly? How much was it?

I have one and love it, but dangit, it's in my garage up at Gateway Motorsports Park. Didn't think I would need it, thought it would be a lot colder ground temps by now I checked ground temperatures with my IR gun. Grass and concrete are in the 20's. If anyone else has an IR device can you double check my measurements?

That is why I kept you in the 4-8 range... to cover the possible options. And why I didn't budge from 4-6. I'd love 8-10-12, but the stars need to align perfectly. Bouwmeester did score a goal last night, so maybe that's a good sign.

Be safe "BOSS", I'll also give updates from the cab of the plow truck. I have a ton of things to do at my business before that happens though, because I have a feeling, once I start plowing, I'll be in there for a while. T-6hrs to a major winter storm... This is both the best and worst time for me in the evolution of a storm. I have made my forecast...now I have to wait to see if it plays out. The crazy things that start going through my head are weirdly amplifued this morning by the crazy good agreement in the models. But where is Lucy? What did I miss that could cause this to turn from an epic forecast to a titanic disaster? What if I wake up and nothing happens? Ahhhh, yes...this is the best and the worst time all at once. We are packing up and my boy and I will hit the road within the next hour or so. He is going to do the lion's share of the driving so I can post updates...and maybe do a facebook live or two. Enjoy the winter goodness...your patience will be rewarded.

We'll be gone racing, at Daytona International Speedway, from 12/26-1/3, guaranteed , that's when something is going to happen, when I'm gone and the plow truck is sitting empty. I already emptied the hopper in the Tornado spreader.

He could learn a lot in here, you can check in, que Hotel California 🙂 This needs to be documented, sealed, & put in a time capsule. I think this is the first time in my history I have ever heard him mention double digits for the metro. Remember when Dave made his first appearance on this forum? We were all like "ummmmm..." So I did my cyber research to track his username to an IP address and where it originated. I private messaged Chris and let him know what I uncovered and he validated the IP address was registered with the parent company of FOX2 and the authenticity was validated. SO...Does Glenn make an appearance here? And if so -- when? Bets?

Ditto If the nam and hires nam are correct you're going to need plows and salt tilawn. That inch or less will be added to a bit. Already planned to load both trucks up with the snow equipment in the morning.

And who takes dibs on "Cooler By The Lake" and his Kojac looks...lol Still narrowing it down. I think it's more of an in the moment decision. If we ever did a Morethanweather fantasy sports league, I call dibs on the team name "Chicago Wheel Wells"

We did a drive up to Niagara Falls last Thur-Friday, and the weather up there I thought was warm for them in the 80's. On Saturday morning we drove up to Canada Tire Motorsports Park, in Bowmanville Ontario to watch a friend of ours race. It was in the mid to upper 80's up there, which you would think is very warm for this time of year in Canada above the lakes

I don't do shows for Pyromania anymore, but I do have my own Pyro to do this weekend, at Gateway, The NHRA Drag Races.
For those not going to Pyromania, Don't forget to come on out to Gateway this weekend and take in some of the fastest cars you'll ever get to see. The Top Fuel cars are simply amazing.
Pyromania is Saturday night so I hope the front blows through. I got tickets this year. I also have tickets to the Cardinal game Sunday so it would be nice if it was in the 70s
