Didn't the Miami NWS issue a falling iguana advisory in 2018? Looks like December 9, 2020 was the last “sluggish iguana alert” for Miami. Sounds like 40 degree F is a magic number for them to start falling. I suspect they fall sometime between January 20th and February 15th this year. |

Not weather related but as a warning, the side effects of the second covid shot are no joke. Arm hurts like heck, can't raise it, got muscle and joint pain, and I'm shaking. Makes pipetting things at work a little interesting. How are you feeling now? Did you get the Pfizer or Moderna? |

Yes they did, I thought for sure we would have some snow showers , I think I saw 3 flakes all day . Definitely not much to track for the next 10 days , hopefully something changes soon.

I'm keeping my eye on April 15, when this sh1tshow is finally over with. If you base it off chances and climatology, I really do think our time for a 1-3" snow will come before April 15th. Though, I could very well just be wish casting. |

Hmmmm... may need to keep half an eye yet on the Sunday storm. 12z NAM gets it close enough to spray some snow into SE Missouri.

Gfs has the storm on the 17th now. Too bad it’s so far out but beginning to look like an actual storm may take place in the middle of the country. Can’t wait to see it cut north on models over the coming days!!
